Yes. Rise Up! 94965 Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN #33-1066498). Your gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. You’ll receive an emailed receipt immediately and a year-end statement in January.
85%+ of every dollar funds programs at MLK Academy: arts, music, outdoor education, garden, field trips, and direct teacher grants. The rest covers fundraising and overhead. The full breakdown is on our Financials & Transparency page.
